The goal is not to plan your entire future but to identify your next step, gain clarity and start moving toward it.

What we do

Step out of the everyday into a space designed to explore your next move:

  • Understand your strengths and how they shape your decisions (via CliftonStrengths)

  • Evaluate options (yes, there are more than just one right option)

  • Explore industries, companies, and opportunities that align with your profile

  • Gain a supportive push to move from thinking to doing

How it works

Define Your Path: explore what drives you and the path you want to take:

  • Discover Strengths: Complete CliftonStrengths to see how your talents shape your choices and opportunities.

  • Define Options: Map out several realistic paths and understand what each would involve.

  • Explore the Market: Dive into industries, companies, and roles that fit your interests.

  • Connect: Talk to people who are in universities, roles or industries that appeal to you.

  • Plan & Act: Decide on your next step and create a concrete action plan to move forward.

6 sessions over 2-3 months

• in Zürich or remotely

Throughout the process, I’m here to keep you moving. You’ll get guidance, encouragement, and, when needed, a clear nudge to push you into action. We communicate frequently via WhatsApp, email, or short check-ins so you never get stuck or lose momentum.
