My purpose
My purpose is to awaken the uniqueness of each person and team, and create the space they need to lead with authenticity, clarity and heart.
I’ve seen too many leaders grow successful organizations
while slowly losing space to think, to choose, to breathe.
Not from lack of competence, but from speed and expectations.
I believe leadership can be both effective and human.
Clarity comes before speed.
Teams don’t need to be fixed: they need space.
Because scaling is not just about numbers, it’s about staying true to who you are.
My path
I’ve spent over 20 years working with leaders and teams across Europe,
from Executive Search at Heidrick & Struggles,
to Corporate with Amcor,
to Consulting with a-connect, pioneer of the Future of Work.
Talent development has been the red thread of my career.
I have also experienced entrepreneurship first-hand,
which deeply informs how I support founder-led companies navigating growth, culture and responsibility.
Professional foundations
In 2023, I completed the Executive Coaching Program at IMD.
In 2024, I became an ICF Accredited Coach (ACC)
and a Certified CliftonStrengths® Coach (Gallup).
In 2026, I’m embarking on a new learning journey in emergent team coaching, more soon.

I don’t assess, diagnose or apply ready-made leadership models.
I work alongside leaders and teams as a thoughtful partner.

In leadership development training, IMD’s lens and CliftonStrengths® provide practical tools for communication, feedback, delegation and conflict navigation.
In peer coaching, reflective practice turns insight into habit and momentum into something sustainable.

I am based in Zürich and work in English and French,
onsite or remotely across Switzerland and Europe.
