About me
My purpose is to awaken the uniqueness of each person, guiding them to lead with authenticity and heart. I became an Executive Coach to have a direct and personal impact on how individuals and teams succeed and shine.
My coaching style is deeply rooted in empathy, fostering a supportive and compassionate space where clients feel heard, understood, valued and purposefully challenged at the same time. This is all about you and your team members, you are in the center of this development process.
My experience spans from Executive Search at Heidrick & Struggles to Corporate with Amcor and Consulting with a-connect (pioneer of the Future of Work). Talent Development has been the red thread of my career. I have graduated from IMD Executive Coaching Program in 2023, I have become an ICF (ACC) certified coach in 2024 as well as a Gallup CliftonStrengths certified coach.
My #1 CliftonStrength is Individualization so you can be sure that I will personalize my approach to your exact needs. This Strength means that I notice and appreciate each person’s unique characteristics and offer a tailored experience to bring out their best.
I am based in Zürich and can work with you in English and French on site and remotely.
